I’ve just downloaded Internet Explorer 8 and it won’t retain web site addresses when I type them in. How can I fix this?

The new Internet Explorer 8 Beta version is causing the problem. It’s an intrusion into my control of Yahoo when I send emails and has already caused embarrassment when I sent a new email with a previous address Explorer 8 put in the box that I did’nt notice.
Also how do I complain both to Microsoft and Yahoo!
